What are the most effective ways to determine which areas of the world are the most valuable in terms of marine mammal conservation?
This is the main question I seek to answer in my dissertation research work. We are comparing a series of methods used to date to select important conservation areas for marine mammals around the world, as well as using new approaches that have never been tested before in marine systems at the global scale.
